Project Challenges

Challenge 1 - Requirement to expedite getting the materials to the relevant floors prior to the crane being removed.
Challenge 2 - The excessive deflection of the slabs and having to accommodate this with the deflection head detail.
Challenge 3 - The project was originally specified with traditional building materials which limited the number of storeys.

Client Testimonial

“The developers said that the construction of The Rockefeller is to provide accessible and affordable apartment living within the CBD. There are no other developments within the Cape Town CBD at this price point, and in an over subscribed and under supplied market, prices have soared and owning property has become largely out of reach for many” Ryan Joffe Ryan Joffe Properties
